Mahasiswa yang dimaksudkan adalah mahasiswa ataupun mahasiswi yang duduk di tingkat D3 dan S1 di seluruh Indonesia
Karya yang diikutsertakan dalam lomba menulis artikel ini adalah karya asli
Karya yang diikutsertakan juga belum pernah menjadi juara dalam lomba sejenis
Karya yang diikutsertakan juga haruslah sesuai dengan sub tema ataupun tema besar dalam lomba
Setiap peserta dalam lomba wajib mengisi formulir pendfataran
