Form of discussions discussing certain subjects by tutors from both FTI-ITS Chemical Engineering students and outside Chemical Engineering FTI-ITS students. In addition, there is the publication of the latest collection of QUIZ, ETS and EAS questions. And formed an e-book containing a review of the questions and discussion.
Aims to facilitate Chemical Engineering FTI-RS ITS students who have difficulty in certain subjects to be able to discuss from practicing questions, so as to improve the student’s academic abilities.
This activity is in the form of providing tutoring information for Chemical Engineering students who have not passed their TEFL scores. As for some students who graduate with the highest TEFL scores after joining this program, they will receive a TEFL payment subsidy. Also, the provision of opentalk student exchange so that the exchange climate improves.
Aims to increase students’ insight for internationalization programs (student exchange) and facilitate Chemical Engineering students in improving English language skills so that they can assist in graduation requirements and research laboratory entry requirements.
Academic advocacy activities in the form of assistance or defense in solving academic problems to the bureaucracy include violating regulations and being subject to academic evaluations, advocating for student lecture schedules that are at the same time, increasing class quotas. In addition, informal monitoring was carried out on the academic condition of students, especially related to academic evaluation at ITS.
Hearing activities in the form of holding sharing sessions and presentations on academic advocacy that can be carried out in the process of helping chemical engineering students who have academic problems.
Provide information to Chemical Engineering students FTI-RS ITS about things that can be assisted in advocating.
Help bridge the Chemical Engineering students of FTI-RS ITS Hospital who have academic problems in terms of advocacy, both at the level of the Chemical Engineering department of FTI-RS ITS, and at the institute level.
Academic information activities in the form of providing information on academic-related matters in Chemical Engineering FTI-RS ITS such as class schedules, FRS schedules, EAS schedules, lecture week reminders, important monthly schedule reminders and others. Published through media that can be reached by students, such as posting and maintaining information on the wall magazine and social media publications of HIMATEKK FTI-ITS.
Aims to provide the latest information about the academic activities of Chemical Engineering Students FTI-RS ITS.
- Facilitating the preparation and implementation of the 2022 Field Lecture and Study Excursion in terms of licensing, suggestions on implementation and providing CP for the factories to be visited, relations with the bureaucracy and alumni.
- Publication of guidance book and resume of Study Excursion 2022 activities as an illustration for this activity in the future.
- Facilitating Chemical Engineering students of FTI-RS ITS in the preparation and implementation of Study Excursion.
- Provide information and insight into Chemical Engineering FTI-RS ITS regarding the guidelines and results of Study Excursion.
This activity consists of several events, namely open talk and practical work sharing (focused on class 2020 students), final project open talk, and laboratory expo event (focused on class 2019).
Aims to prepare HIMATEKK ITS members to face the fourth year of lectures.
- Updating the economic database of the old active students of Chemical Engineering FTI-RS ITS which contains the economic, academic, and data of Chemical Engineering students of FTI-RS ITS who have received scholarships and divides Chemical Engineering students of FTI-RS ITS into 4 quadrants of economic distribution.
- Bridging and assisting Chemical Engineering FTI-RS ITS students who have difficulty in financial problems in lectures such as UKT Appeals, Scholarship Transfers, Close Recruitment Scholarship Submissions, SPP/UKT Command Posts and so on.
- Collecting economic, academic, and scholarship databases as a reference in overcoming student welfare problems.
- Helping Chemical Engineering FTI-RS ITS students who have financial problems and need financial advocacy assistance.
- Advocating for facilities in the Department of Chemical Engineering, FTI-RS ITS. Problems regarding facilities are collected at any time and problems that can be resolved immediately are submitted to the manager for follow-up. The results of the facility advocacy are published through social media.
- The OMB Forum is a discussion between Chemical Engineering students, FTI-RS ITS and the management to discuss everything related to lectures and student aspirations for long-term lecture support facilities.
- Aims to facilitate Chemical Engineering students from the FTI-RS ITS Hospital to convey their aspirations to the departments related to lecture support facilities at the Chemical Engineering FTI-RS ITS Hospital.
- In the form of providing information on scholarships, guiding and facilitating scholarship applications, informing various procedures for applying for scholarships for all Chemical Engineering FTI-ITS students which will be published through media that can be reached by students such as posting information on the wall magazine and publication through social media.
- Online sharing with students who received scholarships and underwent master’s studies to provide information in the form of experience and motivation in continuing their education to the master’s level.
- Provide information about scholarships and provide convenience for Chemical Engineering students FTI-ITS in terms of applying for scholarships
- Disseminate to all Chemical Engineering students of FTI-ITS about the available and obtainable master’s scholarships.
- This activity is in the form of collecting donations from donors from Chemical Engineering FTI-RS ITS students and alumni. The collected donations will be used to help FTI-RS ITS Chemical Engineering students who are having difficulties in terms of financial lectures.
- Organizing a friendship forum (forsil) which is a forum that brings together ESP, donors and co-ordinators of the force which aims to establish friendship with donors who voluntarily make donations, transparency of CECP funds flow, as well as evaluation, criticism, and suggestions in the implementation of CECP.
- Distributing the Orange Scholarship is a supporting scholarship as a result of raising funds from CECP donors which is given to Chemical Engineering students FTI-RS ITS who are experiencing financial difficulties in terms of tuition in the form of Orange Scholarship Financial, Book Aid, Final Project, and Tuition/UKT.
- Helping FTI-RS ITS Chemical Engineering students who are having financial difficulties.
- Growing the concern of Chemical Engineering FTI-RS ITS students towards fellow students.
- Publication of information on mental health issues as well as the flow of mental health consultations to professionals through social media or ITS HIMATEKK mading.
- Facilitating HIMATEKK ITS members in complaints about mental health problems by providing a special platform.
- Educate and facilitate ITS HIMATEKK members about mental health issues as an effort to increase awareness of the importance of mental health.

Education and Student Prosperity Department is a department that informs, coordinates, and advocates related to academics and also supporting lectures with the aim of realizing academic and financial welfare and facilitating mental health problems for HIMATEKK ITS members.
