Himpunan Mahasiswa Matematika Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember yang selanjutnya disebut HIMATIKA ITS ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah dan sarana bagi anggota HIMATIKA ITS dengan tujuan menyalurkan aspirasi dan mengembangkan potensi diri. Organisasi yang berdiri pada 1985 ini berkedudukan di kampus Departemen Matematika, Fakultas Sains dan Analitika Data, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. Diselenggarakan berdasarkan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, HIMATIKA ITS memiliki dua asas yaitu kekeluargaan dan kebersamaan.
Mengembangkan wawasan dan kemampuan warga HIMATIKA ITS serta berperan aktif dalam pengabdian masyarakat.
