Siapa dari Sobat Matematika yang gak pernah ketinggalan mengikuti Tutorial yang diadakan oleh Student Welfare Department HIMATIKA ITS? Seperti yang Sobat Matematika ketahui, SW selalu mengadakan Tutorial baik untuk ETS, EAS, maupun By Request. Namun, apakah pelaksanaan Tutorial ini efektif dan tepat sasaran sebagai metode persiapan ujian? Apakah dengan adanya Tutorial, mahasiswa jadi lebih semangat untuk belajar? Atau justru malah membuka peluang untuk menyontek saat ujian?
Kasdis atau Kastrat Discussion adalah kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh Internal Affairs Department HIMATIKA ITS, dalam bentuk forum diskusi sebagai sarana untuk transfer wawasan. Forum kasdis ini membahas mengenai isu-isu internal ataupun eksternal HIMATIKA ITS. Tahun ini Kasdis mengangkat topik "Optimalisasi Pembelajaran Pra-Ujian: Efektifkah Tutorial sebagai Metode Persiapan?"
Kastrat Discussion 2024 dimulai dengan open recruitment tim pengkaji pada tanggal 20-25 April 2024. Kemudian terbentuklah tim pengkaji dengan jumlah 5 orang, yang terdiri dari 1 orang dari STI 56 (Sausan Firdha Luthfiyah) dan 4 orang dari STI 57 (Anjani Nur, Gabriella Alfa, Lydia Fitri, dan Melva Sabrina). Kemudian tim pengkaji diberikan waktu 1 minggu untuk mengkaji topik Kasdis 2024 yang telah disediakan oleh PJ. Selanjutnya, topik dibahas lebih lanjut oleh tim pengkaji untuk mendapatkan output yang akan dipaparkan di forum. Forum kasdis dilaksanakan secara offline di Ruang F-109 Departemen Matematika ITS pada hari Senin, 13 Mei 2024.
