Latihan Keterampilan Manajemen Mahasiswa Tingkat Dasar (LKMM-TD) merupakan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh Departemen SRD HIMATIKA ITS, di mana materi yang disampaikan dalam pelatihan ini adalah mengembangkan keterampilan dalam memanajemen suatu kegiatan atau acara.
LKMM TD: The Constellation diadakan pada tanggal 7-9, dan 14 Juni 2024 di Departemen Matematika secara offline. LKMM TD dilaksanakan selama empat hari yang terdiri dari penyampaian materi dalam bentuk diskusi, simulasi, evaluasi, dan kegiatan pasca pelatihan. Dalam pelatihan ini, peserta mendapatkan 11 materi selama tiga hari pelatihan, sedangkan untuk hari keempat diisi dengan simulasi total.
Tujuan diselenggarakannya LKMM TD adalah membekali warga atau calon warga HIMATIKA ITS dengan wawasan dan keterampilan penyelenggaraan kegiatan. Sasaran kegiatan Latihan Keterampilan Manajemen Mahasiswa Tingkat Dasar (LKMM-TD) adalah calon warga atau warga HIMATIKA ITS Angkatan 2023. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk belajar mengimplementasikan pemikiran-pemikiran mereka ke dalam suatu kegiatan.
