Wins KMHE General Champion for Four Years in a row, ITS is Unbeatable!

Surabaya, 30th November 2020 – ITS Team Sapuangin successfully won the General Champion in Kontes Mobil Hemat Energi (KMHE) had held online for the last two months. In addition to the General Champion, ITS Team Sapuangin also got other winners.

During the current pandemic, ITS Team Sapuangin did not stop to make champions for ITS, officially today (30/11) it was announced that ITS Team Sapuangin won the KMHE 2020 General Champion for four consecutive years, besides that it also won 1st Place in the Body Aerodynamics Design Category and 1st Place The Vehicle Design Model category carries the design of an energy-efficient car in the urban gasoline category.

KMHE is an annual activity from the Ministry of Education and Culture which in 2020 was organized by the University of Indonesia (UI) by bringing a different concept of activity from previous years, namely all activities held online from October to November 2020, starting from October to November 2020. from the submission of reports and presentation of the results of the report.

In the past two months, the ITS Sapuangin Team prepared a report up to the presentation of the Body Aerodynamics Criteria on Thursday (26/11) and the Overall Criteria last Saturday (28/11), of course it was not an easy thing for ITS Team Sapuangin to prepare for the 2020 KMHE this time. , "The condition of the KMHE competition which is conducted online is a new thing for teammates, of course it requires adjustments to the working system which is usually in the workshop but now has to be simulated, designed, and calculated."
